Wunderfrage? Coaches kennen sie. Twitterchat? Twitternerds kennen ihn. Beides? Gibt es jetzt auch. Im Corporate Learning Twitterchat „CLchatDE“ passierte heute das Wunder: WissenTeilen funktionierte plötzlich so, wie wir es uns schon immer erträumt haben. Wissen Teilen – das Jahresmotto der Corporate Learning community – haben wir heute ein Stück weiter entwickelt. Denn es war KEIN Traum – sondern mit ganz viel Bezug zu unserem echten Alltag.
Was ist die Wunderfrage eigentlich? Wir begeben uns in eine sogenannte Trance der Zielvorstellung. Wir nehmen also einfach mal an, dass alle Probleme plötzlich gelöst sind, die uns bislang so viel Kopfzerbrechen gemacht haben. Kurz: Wir lassen ein Wunder geschehen. Dann fragen wir uns, woran wir das Wunder bemerken – denn es hat uns keiner verraten, dass es passiert ist. Und jetzt passiert das eigentliche Wunder: Uns fällt ganz viel ein! Wir entwickeln auf einmal jede Menge Gedanken, mit denen wir unsere Situation verbessern können.
Und wie stellen wir nun einen gewissen Bodenkontakt sicher? Wie sorgen wir dafür, dass die Gedanken aus der „Wunder-Trance“ uns dann auch Bezug zur Realität haben? Den ersten Anker setzen wir schon im Einstieg. Wir lassen das Wunder passieren, nachdem wir müde ins Bett gefallen sind – etwas, das zutiefst real und für jeden greifbar ist. Weiter stellen wir Fragen, die unseren Alltagskontext einbeziehen: „Welchen Unterschied würdest Du an Deinem Arbeitsplatz jetzt bemerken, wo das Wunder passiert ist?“, „In welchen Situationen würdest Du dich nun anders verhalten?“, „Wer von Deinen Kollegen würde ein verändertes Verhalten von Dir bemerken und wie würden sie damit umgehen?“
Zu guter letzt ist es auch bei Wunderfrage immer eine gute Idee, die Umsetzung im Alltag zu begünstigen. Dazu fragen wir nach einem ersten Schritt, den wir vielleicht schon heute oder morgen gehen könnten, um dem Wunder näher zu kommen. Oh Wunder – und jetzt passiert es – wir fangen an, unsere Situation tatsächlich zu verbessern. Ist das nicht traumhaft und ganz wunderbar? Ich finde schon. Und übrigens: Wir haben hier zu keiner Zeit nach Problemen gefragt. Wer hätte das gedacht – es geht. Die Wunderfrage – ein schöner und direkter Weg zur Verbesserung. Lösungsfokus, statt Problemanalyse.
