Heute beginne ich mit der ersten DVD – 6 Stunden Filmmaterial und 12 begleitende Lerngruppen-Treffen (über LinkedIn und Twitter zusammengefunden) stehen mir bevor. Und ich habe mich vielleicht noch nie so sehr auf eine Lernreise gefreut – gleichermaßen wegen den tollen Mitlernern und dem für mich so spannenden Thema.
Parallel zum DVD schauen, sammle ich hier ein paar Erkenntnisse, denn ich bin im zwischen darüber im Klaren, dass ich gut lerne, wenn ich Lerninhalte gestalte.
Systemische Strukturaufstellungen wurden von Insa Sparrer und Matthias Varga von Kibed entwickelt. Es handelt sich dabei um Strukturen aus Logik und Philosopie. Daraus hat Matthias Varga von Kibed Schemata entwickelt. Insa Sparrer hat ihre Erfahrungen mit lösungsfokussierte Ansätzen eingebracht. Damit war die Grundlage für die SySt Arbeit, die SySt Tools, SySt Formate und SySt Miniaturen geschaffen. Was das alles ist, will ich heute lernen.
Im Gegensatz zur Familien-Aufstellung ist bei Systemischen Strukturaufstellungen zu Beginn erstmal nicht klar, wer oder was aufgestellt werden wird. Es wird hier eine mögliche Unabhängigkeit zwischen Problem und Lösung zugelassen.
Für einen lösungsfokussierten Ansatz ist ein gutes Beispiel: Bittet man Menschen mit Problemen vor beginn einer Therapie sich zu überlegen, was bisher GUT ist und so bleiben kann – so erleben die meisten bereits eine erhebliche Verbesserung der Situation. Die Suche nach Ursachen des Problems war also für eine Verbesserung nicht notwendig und ist jedenfalls nicht lösungsfokussiert.
Lösungsfokussierte Arbeit geht davon aus, dass der Klient die Kompetenz zur Lösung hat, nicht der Therapeut. Der Therapeut versteht es, lösungsfokussierte Fragen zu stellen.
SySt steht für Systemische Strukturaufstellungen.
Die Philosopie Wittgensteins kann als theoretischer Unterbau für die Lösungsfokussierte Arbeit gesehen werden. Letztere ist aber ohne die Philosophie aus der Praxis entstanden.
Soweit der erste Abschnitt der DVDs – Grundlagen der Systemischen Strukturaufstellung.
Für mich ist dabei eine starke Anziehung zur lösungsfokussierten Arbeit nochmal deutlicher spürbar geworden. Die Lösungsfokussierung scheint mir ein viel zu selten angewandter Ansatz, der viel Leid ersparen und schnelle Verbesserungen hervorrufen kann.
Insa Sparrer zuzuhören ist unglaublich eingängig, denn sie ist trotz ihrer Expertise so nahbar und pragmatisch.
Ich empfinde ich bei der Beschäftigung mit SySt ein großes Potential für die Lösung meiner eigenen Probleme / Entscheidungen / Traumata. Die Vorstellung gefällt mir, dass Lösungsfokussierung mit Logischen Strukturen verknüpft sind und damit leichter greifbar für mich werden.
Als ersten Schritt, werde ich ab sofort versuchen, lösungsfokussierte Fragen für meine eigene Problemlösung zu finden. Gleichzeitig fühle ich mich dabei noch recht orientierungslos – was ich hoffe während dieser Lernreise zu verbessern.
Bei der Vorstellung, meine Probleme künftig lösungsfokussiert angehen zu können, fällt mir jetzt schon ein Stück von einem Stein vom Herzen. 🙂
